9t5.ai provides AI-powered operations and automation services, including voice agents, automation agents, and customer agents. Services are tailored to your business needs and may include integration with your existing tools and systems.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when engaging our services
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Ensure you have the right to share any data you provide to us

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our technology, software, and materials. You retain ownership of your data. We may use anonymised or aggregated data to improve our services.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for our services will be set out in your agreement or proposal. Payment terms will be specified at the time of engagement. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud or where exclusion is prohibited by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms of your agreement. We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these terms or if required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
